This exact name appears on messages to your customers. On WhatsApp it becomes your display name, which is reviewed by Meta and difficult to change later. Enter it exactly as customers should see it.
Patients in Ireland should see an Irish number, so we register one to your company. Ireland asks for the company's registered name, its CRO number and a recent bill or invoice addressed to the company at the practice. Approval usually takes a few working days. Your texts switch to the Irish number on their own once it is through: nothing for you to do.

We set up a dedicated WhatsApp number for your recalls: after signup you connect it with the Facebook login you already have, in about two minutes. Your practice's own number and any WhatsApp you already use at the front desk stay exactly as they are.

Recallist (Emerge21 Ltd) contacts your due customers by SMS/WhatsApp in your business's name, answers their questions, offers appointment times and pencils in bookings for your team to confirm. You get a dashboard of progress and results.
Term & fees: a free trial covering your first 50 recall conversations, with no card needed; then, when you choose a plan, month to month, billed monthly in advance from the day you pay. Cancel any time on 30 days' notice.
Win-back recovery: a lapsed customer is one not seen for 18 months or more. Where your package includes win-back recovery, we contact lapsed customers in paced monthly batches of up to 150, and you control how far back it reaches. There is no per-patient or per-booking fee for win-backs; they are part of your monthly plan. A different arrangement may be agreed in writing for your sector.
Your responsibilities: provide accurate recall data, confirm pencilled bookings into your system promptly, keep availability roughly current, honour and supply opt-outs, and ensure you may lawfully contact these customers about appointments.
Messaging: service communications only (appointment recalls), not marketing; opt-outs honoured immediately.
Liability: we're not liable for non-attendance or data you provide; liability capped at fees paid in the prior 12 months. Governed by UK law.
We act as your data processor; you remain the controller. We process customer name, contact details and appointment/recall information only to run the service and only on your instructions, and, in some sectors, information that may relate to health, handled with corresponding care. We apply appropriate security, use only listed sub-processors (message delivery, hosting, AI model), assist with data-subject requests, notify you of any breach without undue delay, and delete or return the data on termination. No transfers outside the UK/EEA without safeguards.
