Recallist Service Agreement (summary)

Recallist (Emerge21 Ltd) contacts your due customers by SMS/WhatsApp in your business's name, answers their questions, offers appointment times and pencils in bookings for your team to confirm. You get a dashboard of progress and results.

Term & fees: a pilot period, then month to month; fees as agreed, billed monthly in advance. Cancel any time on 30 days' notice.

Your responsibilities: provide accurate recall data, confirm pencilled bookings into your system promptly, keep availability roughly current, honour and supply opt-outs, and ensure you may lawfully contact these customers about appointments.

Messaging: service communications only (appointment recalls), not marketing; opt-outs honoured immediately.

Liability: we're not liable for non-attendance or data you provide; liability capped at fees paid in the prior 12 months. Governed by UK law.

Data Processing Agreement (summary)

We act as your data processor; you remain the controller. We process customer name, contact details and appointment/recall information only to run the service and only on your instructions — and, in some sectors, information that may relate to health, handled with corresponding care. We apply appropriate security, use only listed sub-processors (message delivery, hosting, AI model), assist with data-subject requests, notify you of any breach without undue delay, and delete or return the data on termination. No transfers outside the UK/EEA without safeguards.
